At MonkeyWrenched, all products are custom-made to order by our trusted third-party manufacturers and shipped directly to you (drop-shipped). We do not hold inventory, which allows us to offer unique designs without waste. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
Order Processing and Production

All orders are produced on demand after payment is confirmed.

Most products ship within 5 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

Exceptions: Bible covers, some polyurethane (PU) handbags, and protective luggage covers are produced in China. These items typically begin shipping from the manufacturer 4 days after the order is received, with delivery to U.S. addresses usually occurring 10 days after manufacturer shipment confirmation (total estimated 14–20 days from order date, depending on customs and carrier transit).

Production and shipping times may vary during peak periods (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen manufacturer delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We ship only to physical addresses within the 50 United States (no shipments to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations).

Shipping carriers vary by product and manufacturer (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent for international-origin items).
Order Status and Notifications

We keep you informed every step of the way! You'll receive email updates on order confirmation, production status, shipment confirmation (with tracking number when available), and delivery.

Cancellations

Because products are custom-made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. This helps prevent waste and ensures efficient production for all customers.
Shipping Delays

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to shipping delays, carrier issues, or extended transit times. Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Damaged, or Non-Delivered Packages

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged:

First, check the tracking information (provided via email).

For non-delivery or loss, we will verify with the carrier to confirm status.

It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims directly with the shipping carrier for loss, damage, or theft after delivery confirmation.

In cases of proven manufacturing defects or errors on our end (e.g., wrong item or print quality issues), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our manufacturer to arrange a reprint/replacement where possible (subject to their policies).

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for issues arising after delivery (e.g., porch piracy).
Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

Refunds are issued only in limited cases:

If the item is materially defective or incorrect due to our error (verified by photos and details provided within 14 days of delivery).

Refunds exclude shipping costs, as these are non-recoverable.

No refunds for shipping delays, lost packages (after carrier confirmation), or customer-address errors.

For approved cases, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
